Jennifer is the founder of J. Wills Career Coaching, a career coaching firm for environmental and sustainability professionals. She also provides career coaching as a member of the XMNR and Online Faculty. Jennifer was formerly an attorney with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where she spent 15 years advising and problem-solving with clients. In addition, she has served as a Brookings Institution Fellow to US Senate where she helped craft the nation’s chemical regulation law.
Jennifer is a strong advocate of community involvement. She has been an active member of the American Bar Association for over a decade. Jennifer also serves as a Board Member of Cosby Woods, a nonprofit that provides outdoor education experiences for children of all means. In addition to coaching and volunteering, she teaches International Environmental Law and Policy in the Online MNR program and is teaching her two children the importance of travel and experiencing different cultures. She has a J.D. from the University of Kentucky and is a 2017 graduate of the XMNR program.
