Edward Raimundi

Assistant Director, VT Career and Professional Development

Bio

Edward serves as the university’s lead career advisor for the thematic areas of Natural Resources, Sustainability, Energy, Agriculture and Food. He works closely with other career advisors specializing in related topics and a wide range of career pathways in business, government, and non-profit sectors.  

Edward joined Virginia Tech’s Office of Career and Professional Development in 2024 as an Assistant Director of Career Development and College Relations.

Originally from New York, Edward earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from University of Louisiana Monroe and has gained valuable experience working in multiple states and regions of the country, including in Louisiana, Texas, and Pennsylvania.

Edward‘s advising journey includes roles at the University of Louisiana Monroe, Texas Christian University, Texas Tech University, University of Texas at Arlington, and Duquesne University.

Edward is eager to contribute to the career and professional development of graduate students at Virginia Tech’s Center for Leadership in Global Sustainability.
