Greg Dardis
Bio
Greg Dardis previously was Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change at the Jack Welch Management Institute. He is an organizational development and change expert and coach for Fortune 500 companies and governments around the world. Greg led learning and leader development for several of the world’s largest and most successful companies, including The World Bank, Lockheed Martin, AT&T, The Home Depot, and Freddie Mac. He was a founder of the famed AT&T University and The Leadership Institute at The Home Depot. Greg served as a tenured professor at West Point for 14 years. In addition, he lectured and taught in executive development programs at Harvard, MIT, USC, Wharton, and at GE’s famed Crotonville to name a few. Dardis served around the world as an Airborne Ranger Infantry Officer in the United States Army prior to his retirement as a colonel. Greg graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Systems Engineering and Economics. He earned an MBA in Finance from Long Island University and his Ph.D. and Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior/Social Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.Areas of Specialization
