Bio
Richard Dooley is currently the Director of Climate Policy for Arlington County, Virginia. Dooley has been with the county since 2005. As Director of Climate Policy, Dooley works closely with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for and implement policies that support sustainability, reduce carbon footprints, and contribute to global efforts to address climate change through mitigation, adaptation, and resiliency. Dooley holds two master's degrees in Public Affairs and Environmental Science from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
