Brian M. Frazer is an accomplished leader with over 14 years of executive leadership experience within the federal government and a strong 27-year background in fostering collaboration among local, state, federal, and international governments. Brian has made significant contributions to environmental policy, including authoring and co-authoring key statutory, regulatory, and technical guidance documents. He has been an invited speaker at numerous national and international conferences, sharing his expertise on critical water-related issues. Additionally, Brian has successfully led major initiatives, including implementing various sections of the Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, Toxic Substances Control Act, and The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. He has closely coordinated with federal partners, such as the Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the international government. His professional achievements have been recognized through multiple awards, including an Agency Award for Excellence and the Al Gore Hammer Award.
